Motorcyclist dead in Surrey crash

A motorcyclist has died after a crash in Surrey on Sunday evening.

At around 6:15 p.m., Surrey RCMP responded to the scene — at 24th Avenue and 164th Street — and found the motorcyclist with life-threatening injuries. He was attended to by paramedics but died at the scene.

The driver of the other vehicle involved in the crash is co-operating with police.

The investigation is in its early stages and traffic is closed in all four directions of the intersection.
