20 B.C. restaurants make list of Canada’s 100 Most Romantic Restaurants

If you’re looking for the perfect place to wine and dine a loved one this Valentine’s Day, you’re in luck.

Restaurant app OpenTable has released its list of Canada’s 100 Most Romantic Restaurants for 2023, just in time for the most romantic day on the calendar. Created by “analyzing more than one million reviews by OpenTable diners,” the list weighs factors such as food, ambience, service and more.

The hot-100 list includes 20 tasty spots in B.C., including six Vancouver restaurants: Botanist; Hy’s Steakhouse Vancouver; Kissa Tanto; LIFT Bar Grill View; Lupo Restaurant & Vinoteca; and Osteria Savio Volpe.

Three Metro Vancouver eateries also snagged spots including: ATLAS Steak + Fish at Cascades Casino and Haven Kitchen + Bar, both in Langley; as well as Hart House Restaurant in Burnaby.

Victoria appears to be another hot spot for romantic restaurant options, according to OpenTable, garnering six spots on the list including: Finn’s Seafood, Chops and Cocktails; Glo Restaurant + Lounge; Vista 18 Restaurant + Lounge; Zambri’s; and Tea at The Empress.
