Chef Rob Feenie joins Vancouver Golf Club

Chef Rob Feenie has taken a new culinary post.

Following last week’s announcement that Feenie had ended his chef-in-residence position at Bacchus Restaurant at the Wedgewood Hotel & Spa, it was made public that the Iron Chef Canada alum will be the new culinary director and chef-In-residence at the Vancouver Golf Club.

“One of my primary goals was to bolster the club’s culinary repertoire, and Rob is certainly one of the best,” Brad Pinnell, general manager at the Vancouver Golf Club, said in a news release. “We are thrilled to have him join the team and look forward to having him create delicious dining experiences for our members.”

The opportunity to develop a new food program at the historic golf club reportedly “intrigued” the longtime chef for reasons that go beyond just the food.
