Homicide investigators identify 3 family members found dead in Surrey home

Homicide detectives have released the names of the three family members found dead in a Surrey home on Monday.

The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team identified the family members as 56 year-old Xiao Yan Zhen, 58 year-old Li Li and 24 year-old Daniel Li.

Neighbours and friends had earlier identified the occupants of the Fraser Heights home as Leo Li, his wife, Tiffany, and their adult son, Daniel.

IHIT also released a statement Thursday from a member of the Li’s extended family.

“When we heard the tragic news, we were strongly shocked with profound sadness. In our memory they were a happy family, loving each other. Thanks to police and all who provide us with support and help,” said Zhijun Li, on behalf of the grieving family.
