10 Vancouver restaurants added to Michelin Guide

Ten Vancouver restaurants have been added to the Michelin Guide Vancouver.

Ahead of the fall announcement by the guide of its 2023 Vancouver restaurant list, the organization will be releasing monthly “new additions” for the city. The restaurants will be recognized as Recommended Gems on the list.

“MICHELIN Guide Inspectors spend all year on the road uncovering the best restaurants to recommend — and their discoveries are too good to keep secret,” the guide shared in a post. “With the full 2023 Michelin Guide Vancouver selection coming up this autumn, we wanted to spread the news about 10 new additions spread across Vancity.”

The Michelin Guide’s post specifically called out the lunch offering at Farmer’s Apprentice as a dining addition not to be missed, along with the “delicious plant-based cuisine” on offer at Folke.
