B.C. snowstorm: WATCH LIVE B.C. officials to provide update on storm prep | Drivers warned to avoid travel Friday | Another blast of winter on its way

Representatives from multiple agencies are holding a press conference at 1:30 p.m. Thursday to update on preparations for the next winter storm.

Gathering are Bowinn Ma, Minister of Emergency Management and Climate Readiness and other reps from the ministry; Rob Fleming, Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure and others; representatives from the River Forecast Centre; and representatives from Environment and Climate Change Canada.

The press conference will cover how to prepare for winter storms and other news.
