B.C. Spring Break: 12 things to do with kids in Metro Vancouver

Spring break is here. The two weeks of school vacation between March 11 and 26 that marks the end of winter and the start of longer, brighter and warmer days. Here’s a list of 12 things to do with kids over the next fortnight:

On March 17, the Vancouver Warriors host the San Diego Seals at Rogers Arena. Lacrosse games at Rogers are fantastic fun with kids. The tickets are relatively cheap ($30 for an adult and $15 for children) and are all lower bowl, so the views are great. The sport itself is entertaining, with the music going non-stop. It’s a big arena experience at much less cost than a Canucks game. Crowds are big, usually around 6,000, and are friendly to all.

Contact 604-899-7417 for tickets or visit the Warriors website.
