CTV meteorologist takes down body-shamer on Twitter: ‘Your words bring me zero shame’

A CTV meteorologist garnered plenty of praise on social media for her clapback at a body-shamer.

While Kelsey McEwen, the chief meteorologist for CTV’s Your Morning show, was on-air Tuesday discussing the extreme winter weather conditions set to sweep across parts of Canada, one viewer took to Twitter to comment on her appearance.

“Welcome back @KelseyMcEwen #weathergirl from @YourMorning how come none of your cohorts haven’t told you #pantielines #cameltoe #bubblebutt #redisnotyourfriend,” the person tweeted.

In response, McEwen wrote: “Listen, I own my body, camel toe & bubble butt included. Your words bring me zero shame. Your feelings about my body & outfit are a you problem, not a me problem.”
