Hotel Intel: Israel’s latest getaways flourish in ancient sites

Golan Heights: Pereh Mountain Resort is an innovative boutique hotel on a vast private estate built around the ruins of early 1900s Bauhaus buildings. “Pereh,” which means “wild” in Hebrew, refers to the rugged beauty of the mountains, waterfalls and valleys of the Golan Heights region.
