Two found dead in Coldstream home after reported assault with weapon

An RCMP major crime unit is investigating after two bodies were found in a home in the Greater Vernon community of Coldstream.

Vernon-North Okanagan RCMP got a report of an assault with a weapon at a home in the 8500-block of Clerke Road at about 5:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Responding officers found two bodies inside and another man “suffering from potentially life-threatening injuries.”

A fourth man in the home was taken into custody.

The RCMP southeast district major crime unit is investigating the suspicious deaths.
