West Vancouver homicide victim identified as retired physician Dr. Francis Este

Homicide investigators have identified the victim of a homicide in West Vancouver last week as a 55-year-old Dr. Francis Este, a retired urologist.

The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team is also asking for any information that might help them solve the case.

On March 21, shortly before 5 p.m., the West Vancouver Police responded to reports of a man suffering from serious injuries in an underground parking lot in the 2100-block of Argyle Avenue.

When police arrived, they found a man suffering from life threatening injuries resulting from multiple stab wounds. Paramedics tried to save his life but he died.

IHIT released photos of Este non Friday along with grainy images of two suspects, both men, they hope someone may recognize.
