What experts say about the expectation of privacy after Jonah Hill’s texts released
Jonah Hill’s interpretation of the concept of boundaries became internet fodder this week after an ex-partner shared screenshots of alleged text messages he sent to her during their relationship.
In the texts, Hill requests that his then-partner Sarah Brady, a professional surfer and instructor who is currently in law school, refrain from surfing with men or posting pictures of herself in a bathing suit on social media.
“I’ve made my boundaries clear,” Hill allegedly said. “It’s not my place to teach you.”
The relationship didn’t last and the incident has become an international story, with Hill facing condemnation and others questioning if anything is private anymore.
The answer in 2023, it seems, is probably not.
